Um homem foi preso em flagrante, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (13), suspeito de aplicar o golpe do falso pix, no Centro de Niter\u00f3i. O acusado possui 39 passagens pela pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o foi feita por policiais do Seguran\u00e7a Presente.<\/p>\n

Uma v\u00edtima do criminoso acionou os policiais, que estavam em patrulhamento na regi\u00e3o da Avenida Ernani do Amaral Peixoto.<\/p>\n

Segundo o relato o do denunciante, ele havia combinado de vender um celular ao suspeito, no dia anterior, segunda-feira (12).<\/p>\n

Contudo, na hora de concretizar a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, o bandido teria mostrado um comprovante falso de pix e ficado com o aparelho.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima s\u00f3 percebeu horas depois. Entretanto, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, o dono do celular viu que o acusado havia anunciado o aparelho na internet.<\/p>\n

O dono do celular combinou a nova negocia\u00e7\u00e3o em frente \u00e0 ag\u00eancia da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica, na Avenida Ernani do Amaral Peixoto. S\u00f3 que, junto dele, os policiais estavam aguardando o suspeito.<\/p>\n

Quando o criminoso chegou, foi abordado pelos policiais. O celular foi encontrado. Al\u00e9m disso, os agentes descobriram que havia um mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto contra o bandido.<\/p>\n

O acusado foi conduzido \u00e0 76\u00aa DP (Niter\u00f3i), onde foi descoberto que ele possu\u00eda 39 anota\u00e7\u00f5es criminais, sendo 37 por estelionato, uma por furto e outra por apropria\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00e9bita.<\/p>\n

O bandido recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o e foi levado \u00e0 carceragem. A delegacia distrital registrou o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia.<\/p>\n
