A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, coordenada pelo Detran-RJ, encontrou irregularidades, incluindo crime ambiental e falta de credenciamento em alguns dos estabelecimentos.<\/p>\n<h3>Crime ambiental leva dono \u00e0 delegacia<\/h3>\n<p>Um dos propriet\u00e1rios foi levado \u00e0 delegacia, acusado de crime ambiental. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Detran-RJ, no estabelecimento do suspeito, os agentes constataram condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais inadequadas, levando \u00e0 interdi\u00e7\u00e3o imediata. Os materiais apreendidos ser\u00e3o destinados \u00e0 reciclagem em empresas credenciadas, conforme determina\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a-tarefa.<\/p>\n<h3>Outros estabelecimentos e risco ambiental<\/h3>\n<p>Outro ferro-velho, tamb\u00e9m em Itabora\u00ed, ser\u00e1 esvaziado devido ao risco ambiental que representa. Nos dois outros estabelecimentos interditados, os agentes identificaram a aus\u00eancia de credenciamento junto ao Detran-RJ. Todo o material apreendido \u00e9 destinado \u00e0 reciclagem em empresas autorizadas pelo Detran-RJ.
