A funcion\u00e1ria chegou \u00e0 Cidade da Pol\u00edcia, localizada na Zona Norte do Rio, acompanhada de seus advogados. Ela n\u00e3o fez declara\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 imprensa durante sua chegada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que um dos laudos do laborat\u00f3rio foi assinado por Jacqueline. Al\u00e9m disso, ela utilizou o registro profissional de biomedicina de outra pessoa. Entretanto, como ele n\u00e3o foi localizado, passou a ser considerado foragido. O t\u00e9cnico do laborat\u00f3rio, Cleber de Oliveira Santos, tamb\u00e9m permanece foragido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram detidos Walter Vieira, um dos s\u00f3cios do PCS Lab Saleme, e Ivanilson Fernandes dos Santos, respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnico do laborat\u00f3rio. Com a pris\u00e3o de Jacqueline, o total de detidos chega a tr\u00eas pessoas. Elas responder\u00e3o por crimes como falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de documento e infra\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Felipe Curi, secret\u00e1rio do Estado de Pol\u00edcia Civil, declarou que as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais apontam falhas operacionais no controle de qualidade dos testes de diagn\u00f3stico do HIV.
