A jovem se passava por advogada e cobrava valores altos das v\u00edtimas para realizar supostos procedimentos legais, arrecadando mais de R$ 100 mil.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">LEIA TAMB\u00c9M: <strong>\u25ba<\/strong><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/dupla-presa-por-furto-de-cabos-em-estacao-do-brt\/\"><strong>Dupla presa por furto de cabos em esta\u00e7\u00e3o do BRT<\/strong><\/a><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a 76\u00aa DP (Niter\u00f3i), Julia foi contratada por um escrit\u00f3rio de advocacia para prestar servi\u00e7os administrativos ap\u00f3s se apresentar como estudante de Direito, pr\u00f3xima de concluir a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No entanto, a pol\u00edcia descobriu que ela n\u00e3o renovou a matr\u00edcula e enganava at\u00e9 os propriet\u00e1rios do escrit\u00f3rio, que a consideravam uma futura advogada. A jovem chegou a receber R$ 6 mil dos donos para cobrir despesas de um falso funeral da m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+ <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>MAIS NOT\u00cdCIAS DO RIO DE JANEIRO?<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/rio-de-janeiro-capital\/\">CLIQUE AQUI<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainda conforme a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, Julia se apresentava como advogada aos clientes, recebendo os pagamentos diretamente em sua conta. Uma das v\u00edtimas chegou a pagar cerca de R$ 140 mil. Os propriet\u00e1rios do escrit\u00f3rio s\u00f3 perceberam o golpe quando os clientes come\u00e7aram a reclamar do andamento dos processos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Julia foi indiciada por estelionato e falsa identidade. A delegada Iasminy Vergetti explicou que, apesar da gravidade dos crimes, Julia n\u00e3o est\u00e1 foragida. O caso foi encaminhado ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que poder\u00e1 decidir pela pris\u00e3o dela ao longo do processo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A situa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 isolada. Desde novembro de 2023, a 16\u00aa DP (Barra da Tijuca) investiga outro golpe, onde estelionat\u00e1rios t\u00eam se passado pelo advogado Paulo Am\u00e9rico Lopes Franco. As v\u00edtimas s\u00e3o abordadas via aplicativos de mensagem, sendo convencidas a fazer pagamentos para concluir processos legais fict\u00edcios.
