Mas eis que surgiu uma hemorragia de carros nas duas regi\u00f5es da cidade. Ve\u00edculos tentavam, em v\u00e3o, encontrar um desvio., mas o tr\u00e1fego ficou t\u00e3o espesso que parecia coagular nas principais art\u00e9rias da cidade. S\u00f3 por volta das 19h, as veias congestionadas come\u00e7aram a se abrir, permitindo que o fluxo vital do tr\u00e1fego voltasse ao seu ritmo normal.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Imprud\u00eancia na via \u00e9 constante<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e3o estamos dizendo que este se trate de um caso de imprud\u00eancia, imper\u00edcia ou neglig\u00eancia, pois esse papel cabe \u00e0 pol\u00edcia. Todavia, podemos afirmar que\u00a0 via tem como limite de m\u00e1ximo de velocidade, ao menos em sua sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, 60km\/h. Entretanto, quem passa por ali bem sabe que, nem sempre (quase nunca), motoristas respeitam essa velocidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ao ver as imagens, a impress\u00e3o que temos \u00e9 de que os carros sa\u00edram de uma &#8220;carnificina mec\u00e2nica&#8221;.
