O incidente ocorreu na \u00faltima quinta-feira (15) e resultou em uma trag\u00e9dia. Apesar dos esfor\u00e7os de socorro, a v\u00edtima n\u00e3o resistiu e faleceu no hospital para o qual foi encaminhada.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">LEIA TAMB\u00c9M: \u25ba<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/leilao-de-carros-em-sao-goncalo-saiba-mais\/\"><strong>Leil\u00e3o de carros em S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo; Saiba mais<\/strong><\/a><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O acidente aconteceu quando uma parede de pallets e pain\u00e9is de a\u00e7o empilhados desabou e bloqueou a sa\u00edda da c\u00e2mara frigor\u00edfica. O trabalhador n\u00e3o conseguiu sair e ficou preso no espa\u00e7o gelado. Outro funcion\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m ficou preso, mas conseguiu escapar e foi resgatado com ferimentos leves pelo Corpo de Bombeiros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dessa forma, em nota, a BRF, respons\u00e1vel pelas marcas Sadia, Perdig\u00e3o e Qualy, informou ter acionado todos os protocolos de seguran\u00e7a e prestado assist\u00eancia imediata. A empresa expressou pesar pelo incidente e afirmou estar apoiando a fam\u00edlia da v\u00edtima. Assim, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o se concentra nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es da c\u00e2mara frigor\u00edfica e na conformidade com as normas de seguran\u00e7a, incluindo a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do excesso de pallets e dos protocolos de seguran\u00e7a para os trabalhadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m disso, este n\u00e3o \u00e9 o primeiro problema envolvendo funcion\u00e1rios da BRF em c\u00e2maras frias. Assim, em 2013, a Segunda Turma do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST) reconheceu o direito de uma funcion\u00e1ria ao adicional de insalubridade devido \u00e0 exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a temperaturas abaixo de 12\u00b0C e ru\u00eddos excessivos durante longos per\u00edodos.
