Em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta, o Procon-RJ interditou nove cl\u00ednicas de est\u00e9tica no Rio de Janeiro, Niter\u00f3i e S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o de Meriti, ap\u00f3s encontrar diversas irregularidades que colocavam em risco a sa\u00fade dos consumidores.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">LEIA TAMB\u00c9M: \u25ba<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/pm-e-executado-a-tiros-em-posto-de-gasolina-no-rio-video\/\"><strong>PM \u00e9 executado a tiros em posto de gasolina no Rio \u2013 V\u00eddeo<\/strong><\/a><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"32:1-32:314\">Batizada de &#8220;Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Afrodite&#8221;, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o realizada nesta quinta-feira (25) em 25 estabelecimentos revelou um cen\u00e1rio preocupante. Entre as irregularidades mais graves, destacam-se a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de ozonoterapia por profissionais n\u00e3o habilitados e o uso de c\u00e2maras de bronzeamento, pr\u00e1tica proibida pela Anvisa.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"34:1-34:249\">&#8220;A oferta da ozonoterapia <span class=\"citation-0 citation-end-0\">sem a certeza de sua efic\u00e1cia e seguran\u00e7a exp\u00f5e os pacientes a riscos, como retardo do in\u00edcio de tratamentos eficazes, avan\u00e7o de doen\u00e7as e comprometimento da sa\u00fade&#8221;,<\/span> alerta a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o M\u00e9dica Brasileira (AMB).<span class=\"button-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"36:1-36:209\">Al\u00e9m disso, os fiscais encontraram produtos vencidos, sem especifica\u00e7\u00e3o quanto \u00e0 manipula\u00e7\u00e3o e validade, e cl\u00ednicas funcionando sem a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o exigida por lei, como respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnico e licen\u00e7a sanit\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"38:1-38:259\">&#8220;Complica\u00e7\u00f5es podem ocorrer, incluindo infec\u00e7\u00f5es, rea\u00e7\u00f5es al\u00e9rgicas, resultados insatisfat\u00f3rios e at\u00e9 casos de pessoas que v\u00e3o a \u00f3bito, principalmente pela falta de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de cl\u00ednicas e dos profissionais&#8221;, afirma Cassio Coelho, presidente do Procon-RJ.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+ <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>MAIS NOT\u00cdCIAS DO RIO DE JANEIRO?<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/rio-de-janeiro-capital\/\">CLIQUE AQUI<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"42:1-42:329\">Sendo assim, apesar dos esfor\u00e7os da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, o Procon-RJ refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia de os consumidores pesquisarem sobre as cl\u00ednicas e seus profissionais. \u00c9 importante fazer isso antes de fazer o procedimento.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"42:1-42:329\">&#8220;\u00c9 fundamental verificar se o estabelecimento possui as autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias e se os profissionais s\u00e3o qualificados&#8221;, alerta Coelho.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"44:1-44:245\">Por fim, nos \u00faltimos 12 meses, mais de 11 cl\u00ednicas irregulares foram interditadas pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o.
