A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF), em parceria com a Controladoria Geral da Uni\u00e3o (CGU) e a Receita Federal, deflagrou na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (30) a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Plenitude. A a\u00e7\u00e3o mira supostas fraudes em licita\u00e7\u00f5es e lavagem de dinheiro envolvendo recursos do SUS, com pagamento de propina a servidores p\u00fablicos de diferentes prefeituras no Par\u00e1.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontam para um esquema criminoso que operava atrav\u00e9s de empresas do ramo de saneamento urbano. Assim, atuando n\u00e3o apenas no Par\u00e1, mas tamb\u00e9m em outros estados. Segundo os agentes, a lavagem de dinheiro obtido com os desvios pode chegar a R$ 1,7 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Plenitude cumpre 49 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em endere\u00e7os ligados a 42 investigados em Bel\u00e9m (33), Benevides (5), Paraupebas (3), Anindeua (1), Santa Maria do Par\u00e1 (5), S\u00e3o Miguel do Guam\u00e1 (1) e Barueri (SP – 1).<\/p>\n

Durante as buscas, um dos alvos da opera\u00e7\u00e3o tentou obstruir a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o jogando seus celulares no lixo. Os aparelhos, no entanto, foram localizados e apreendidos pelos agentes.<\/p>\n

As ordens judiciais foram expedidas pela 4\u00aa Vara Criminal da Justi\u00e7a Federal do Par\u00e1. Assim, tamb\u00e9m autorizou o sequestro de at\u00e9 R$ 1,7 bilh\u00f5es dos investigados, com o objetivo de “devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores usurpados do er\u00e1rio”.<\/p>\n

De acordo com os investigadores, o esquema de lavagem de dinheiro envolvia o uso de empresas de fachada e laranjas. Enfim, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m apura suposta evas\u00e3o de divisas atrav\u00e9s de offshore em para\u00edso fiscal.<\/p>\n
