A Autoridade Brasileira de Controle de Dopagem (ABCD) enviou a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria e indicou seu representante para o julgamento do atacante do Flamengo na Corte Arbitral do Esporte (CAS).<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"3:1-3:419\">A expectativa \u00e9 de que o julgamento ocorra em breve, com a possibilidade de Gabigol voltar aos gramados ainda em 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:435\">No dia 2 de abril, a defesa do jogador protocolou o pedido de efeito suspensivo, buscando reverter a suspens\u00e3o por dois anos imposta pela ABCD por tentativa de fraude em exame antidoping.<\/p>\n<h5 data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:169\">\u25ba<a href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/esportes\/\"><strong>Leia mais not\u00edcias sobre Esportes Aqui<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:435\">Dessa forma, a comiss\u00e3o de arbitragem ser\u00e1 composta por tr\u00eas membros: um indicado pela defesa, outro pela acusa\u00e7\u00e3o e o terceiro pelo pr\u00f3prio CAS. Assim, o representante da defesa \u00e9 ingl\u00eas, o da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 alem\u00e3o, e o do CAS deve ser indicado at\u00e9 o final desta semana.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:172\">Ap\u00f3s a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da comiss\u00e3o de arbitragem, o julgamento poder\u00e1 ocorrer a qualquer momento. As partes ser\u00e3o notificadas do resultado atrav\u00e9s de um comunicado oficial do CAS.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:199\">Sendo assim, o processo judicial no CAS possui um custo significativo, que foi arcado pelo pr\u00f3prio Gabigol para agilizar o julgamento.
