A proposta segue agora para o governador Cl\u00e1udio Castro, que ter\u00e1 at\u00e9 15 dias \u00fateis para sancionar ou vetar a medida.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:285\">A delegacia ter\u00e1 como objetivo registrar, investigar e abrir inqu\u00e9ritos sobre crimes contra agentes de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, tanto dentro quanto fora do hor\u00e1rio de servi\u00e7o. A iniciativa visa garantir a prote\u00e7\u00e3o desses profissionais e dar celeridade \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de crimes contra eles.<\/p>\n<h5>\u25ba\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/estado-do-rio-de-janeiro\/\"><strong>Leia mais not\u00edcias sobre o Estado do Rio aqui<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:471\">O autor do Projeto de Lei 446\/19, deputado Rosenverg Reis (MDB), argumenta que a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da delegacia \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria devido ao alto \u00edndice de mortes de agentes de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica no estado.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:471\">&#8220;Dentre os principais motivos das mortes de agentes \u00e9 o reconhecimento dos policiais fora do hor\u00e1rio de servi\u00e7o, fato alarmante, que transforma a vida deles em permanente estado de alerta, prejudicando o tempo que poderiam passar com a fam\u00edlia ou em outras atividades\u201d, disse Reis.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:249\">Ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o na Alerj, o projeto segue agora para o governador Cl\u00e1udio Castro, que poder\u00e1 sancion\u00e1-lo ou vet\u00e1-lo.
