De acordo com a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os n\u00fameros indicam cen\u00e1rio de &#8220;involu\u00e7\u00e3o dos roubos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>No ano de 2018, ap\u00f3s o primeiro ano da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, houve um aumento nos \u00edndices de roubos, n\u00e3o atingindo os resultados esperados e marcando o pior n\u00famero da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica, conforme apontado pelo ISP.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_44629\" style=\"width: 1441px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-44629\" class=\"size-full wp-image-44629\" src=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-16-at-18.54.43.jpeg\" alt=\"Niter\u00f3i: Seguran\u00e7a Presente comemora &quot;involu\u00e7\u00e3o dos roubos&quot;\" width=\"1431\" height=\"1064\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-44629\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Gr\u00e1fico demonstra evolu\u00e7\u00e3o ano a ano &#8211; Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o\/Seguran\u00e7a Presente<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Contudo, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou a mudar em 2019, com uma expans\u00e3o da ent\u00e3o Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Niter\u00f3i Presente para outros bairros al\u00e9m de Icara\u00ed, resultando em uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa nos \u00edndices criminais.<\/p>\n<h5>Pandemia e mudan\u00e7a de gest\u00e3o<\/h5>\n<p>O ano de 2020 trouxe desafios \u00fanicos devido \u00e0 pandemia, resultando em uma grande redu\u00e7\u00e3o na criminalidade em todo o estado, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 baixa circula\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas e ve\u00edculos. No entanto, a partir de janeiro de 2021, a tend\u00eancia era de alta nos \u00edndices de roubo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A mudan\u00e7a de gest\u00e3o da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Seguran\u00e7a Presente, transferindo-a da Prefeitura para a Secretaria de Estado de Governo (Segov), em setembro de 2021, marcou um ponto crucial&#8221;, analisou o major PM Abrah\u00e3o Cl\u00edmaco, coordenador do Seguran\u00e7a Presente em Niter\u00f3i.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Essa transi\u00e7\u00e3o resultou em um novo planejamento, refor\u00e7o no policiamento com log\u00edstica e integra\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de uma mudan\u00e7a de foco. O Seguran\u00e7a Presente passou a concentrar esfor\u00e7os na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da criminalidade.
