As habita\u00e7\u00f5es estavam situadas numa \u00e1rea p\u00fablica que ser\u00e1 destinada \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Anfiteatro do Parque Linear. A remo\u00e7\u00e3o foi necess\u00e1ria para dar continuidade \u00e0s obras de lazer do local.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de realizar a demoli\u00e7\u00e3o, a Prefeitura notificou a fam\u00edlia que morava em uma das casas e ofereceu suporte para que fossem inclu\u00eddos nos programas de Loca\u00e7\u00e3o Social e Habitar Reassentamentos, da Secretaria de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Assentamentos Humanos.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/jornal-folha-do-leste-rj\/marica\/\">\u201cLeia mais not\u00edcias sobre Maric\u00e1 aqui\u201d<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>As propostas foram feitas \u00e0s pessoas que residiam nas proximidades do Parque Linear. O programa Habitar Reassentamentos tem como objetivo reassentar indiv\u00edduos que vivem em \u00e1reas de risco ou em terrenos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>Para executar a a\u00e7\u00e3o, as equipes das secretarias de Urbanismo, Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Assentamentos Humanos, Tr\u00e2nsito e Engenharia Vi\u00e1ria, juntamente com a autarquia Servi\u00e7os de Obras de Maric\u00e1 (Somar) e apoio da Guarda Municipal, utilizaram ferramentas manuais e uma m\u00e1quina retroescavadeira.<\/p>\n<h4>Gated<\/h4>\n<p>O GATED, respons\u00e1vel pela demoli\u00e7\u00e3o, realizou a 60\u00aa a\u00e7\u00e3o somente este ano, visitando diversos bairros de Maric\u00e1, como Itaipua\u00e7u, Spar, Jacaro\u00e1, Jardim Interlagos, Bambu\u00ed, Cordeirinho, Mumbuca e Condado. O grupo foi criado em 30 de novembro de 2021 pelo decreto municipal n\u00ba 777 e \u00e9 formado por diversas secretarias municipais, autarquias e \u00f3rg\u00e3os relacionados.<\/p>\n<p>Com o objetivo de evitar constru\u00e7\u00f5es irregulares em \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas, a Prefeitura de Maric\u00e1 intensificou as a\u00e7\u00f5es do GATED desde 2022. Caso haja den\u00fancias de irregularidades, os moradores podem entrar em contato atrav\u00e9s dos n\u00fameros <strong>(21) 3731-9777<\/strong> (n\u00facleo Centro), <strong>97259-9213<\/strong> (n\u00facleo Itaipua\u00e7u) ou <strong>2253-1177<\/strong> (Disque Den\u00fancia).<\/p>\n<h4>Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<p>De acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, antes de iniciar qualquer constru\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que o propriet\u00e1rio apresente um projeto elaborado por um profissional t\u00e9cnico, como um engenheiro ou arquiteto, de acordo com as normas vigentes.
