O ministro da Justi\u00e7a, Fl\u00e1vio Dino, se manifestou sobre a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00c9lpis, conduzida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Rio e a Pol\u00edcia Federal, que resultou na pris\u00e3o do ex-sargento do Corpo de Bombeiros, Maxwell Sim\u00f5es Correa, conhecido como Suel.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Ele seria c\u00famplice do ex-sargento da Pol\u00edcia Militar, Ronnie Lessa, respons\u00e1vel pelo assassinato da vereadora Marielle Franco (PSOL) e de seu motorista, Anderson Gomes.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que Suel ajudou no descarte das armas utilizadas no crime por parte de Lessa.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o deflagrada pela Pol\u00edcia Federal se deu com base na dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada do ex-policial militar \u00c9lcio Queiroz. A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o trouxe novos elementos para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do Caso Marielle.<\/strong> <\/a>Fl\u00e1vio Dino, afirmou que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favidas de que outras pessoas est\u00e3o envolvidas nos assassinatos da vereadora Marielle Franco e do motorista Anderson Gomes. Por\u00e9m, at\u00e9 o momento, os mandantes permanecem desconhecidos.<\/p>\n

Durante o debate ‘E agora, Brasil?’, o ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino destacou a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre casos de viol\u00eancia extrema e a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura de \u00f3dio nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n

Para o ministro, essa conex\u00e3o, sobretudo, justifica o avan\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e a import\u00e2ncia de regulamentar as plataformas digitais. Segundo Dino, a difus\u00e3o dessa cultura de \u00f3dio tem sido intensa na pol\u00edtica brasileira nos \u00faltimos anos ao passo que est\u00e1 firmemente implantada na internet. Portanto, para ele, se torna fundamental avan\u00e7ar na regula\u00e7\u00e3o como forma de prevenir trag\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n
