As primeiras informa\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que o crime ocorreu por ci\u00fames, assim como pelo inconformismo do homem pelo fim do relacionamento. O casal gerou dois filhos pequenos, que agora ficam \u00f3rf\u00e3os de m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"818\">A v\u00edtima morava sozinha desde a separa\u00e7\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s treze anos de uni\u00e3o. Familiares encontraram o corpo dentro da casa e chamaram a Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios de Niter\u00f3i, S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo e Itabora\u00ed (DHNSG). N\u00e3o h\u00e1, ainda, informa\u00e7\u00f5es acerca dos menores terem ou n\u00e3o testemunhado o crime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1055\">A princ\u00edpio, o acusado teria esganado a mulher. Em seguida, trocado as roupas dela e tentado, em tese, alterar a cena do crime visando simular uma morte natural. As primeiras apura\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 revelam a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime, caso haja confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da culpa do ex-marido: seu comportamento possessivo, como se a ex-esposa fosse sua propriedade. Al\u00e9m disso, o fato dele n\u00e3o aceitar o t\u00e9rmino da rela\u00e7\u00e3o, visto que a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 quase sempre relacionada aos crimes de viol\u00eancia contra a mulher .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1299\">Os investigadores autuaram o suspeito por <strong>feminic\u00eddio e fraude processual<\/strong>. O caso volta a expor o <strong>ciclo de viol\u00eancia<\/strong> que antecede muitos <strong>assassinatos de mulheres<\/strong>. Mesmo ap\u00f3s anos de conviv\u00eancia, a <strong>v\u00edtima ainda enfrentava medo e persegui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1462\">A DHNSG abriu investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para ouvir testemunhas, bem como esclarecer detalhes do crime. O corpo da v\u00edtima seguiu para o Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal de Tribob\u00f3, em S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo.
