Risco alto em 79,6% do territ\u00f3rio e muito alto em 17,4%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1003\">\n<p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1003\"><strong data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"922\">Pessimista (RCP 8.5):<\/strong> aumento de at\u00e9 4,3\u00b0C. Risco muito alto em 87,7% do territ\u00f3rio e alto em 11,8%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1209\">A alface depende de temperaturas amenas e boa umidade. Sementes n\u00e3o germinam acima de 22\u00b0C, e o calor intenso causa tipburn, florescimento precoce e sabor amargo, comprometendo a qualidade da hortali\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1476\">A Embrapa desenvolve cultivares resistentes ao calor, como a BRS Mediterr\u00e2nea, e sistemas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o adaptados. Pesquisas tamb\u00e9m utilizam intelig\u00eancia artificial para mapear risco clim\u00e1tico e ampliar estudos para outras hortali\u00e7as, como tomate, batata e cenoura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1831\">Atualmente, a maior parte da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alface no pa\u00eds ocorre em campos abertos. Segundo o IBGE, em 2017 foram produzidas 671,5 mil toneladas, com S\u00e3o Paulo liderando, seguido por Rio de Janeiro, Paran\u00e1 e Minas Gerais.
