A advogada Damiane Arruda, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 colunista da FOLHA DO LESTE<\/strong>, criticou a poisi\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de suposto ass\u00e9dio, cometido pelo vereador Jorge Luis Gasco, o Jorge Mariola (Pode)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A Comiss\u00e3o de \u00c9tica e Decoro Parlamentar est\u00e1 aguardando o desenrolar da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o policial para decidir se dar\u00e1 sequ\u00eancia no processo contra o parlamentar<\/a>. Para Damiane, isto j\u00e1 deveria ter sido feito, inclusive com o afastamento do vereador.<\/p>\n

“N\u00e3o h\u00e1 que se falar em aguardar apura\u00e7\u00e3o na esfera criminal para iniciar o Processo Administrativo, j\u00e1 que a C\u00e2mara tem poderes para apurar, de forma independente, a conduta praticada pelo vereador. Ele deveria ter sido suspenso de suas atividades legislativas dando in\u00edcio a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos pela Comiss\u00e3o de \u00c9tica da casa”, analisou.<\/p>\n

Damiane ainda destacou que, se aprovada a responsabilidade de Mariola, ele pode ser enquadrado no crime de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, que prev\u00ea at\u00e9 5 anos de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

“O artigo 215-A estabelece que praticar contra algu\u00e9m e sem a sua permiss\u00e3o ato sexual para se satisfazer, caracteriza o crime de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, com a pena prevista de 1 a 5 anos de reclus\u00e3o”, explicou.<\/p>\n

Por fim, a advogada ressaltou que o caso \u00e9 mais um dos in\u00fameros exemplos do machismo estrutural, presente na sociedade brasileira.<\/p>\n

“Precisamos cobrar enquanto sociedade que a mulher n\u00e3o passe por situa\u00e7\u00f5es como essa em nenhum lugar, confirmando mais uma vez que o machismo estrutural arraigado em nossa sociedade, est\u00e1 mais forte do que nunca”, completou.<\/p>\n

Jorge Luis Gasco, mais conhecido como \u201cJorge Mariola\u201d, \u00e9 alvo de uma den\u00fancia de ass\u00e9dio sexual por uma ex-funcion\u00e1ria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo.<\/p>\n

Thayssa Guimar\u00e3es, de 25 anos, que trabalhava no departamento de Recursos Humanos, alega que o incidente aconteceu diante de outras pessoas, que ficaram paralisadas diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o constrangedora.<\/p>\n

Ela alega que ap\u00f3s soltar o cabelo (estava usando um coque), Mariola teria feito insinua\u00e7\u00f5es sobre sexo oral, simulando pux\u00e1-los. E que tamb\u00e9m teria tentado dar-lhe um beijo no canto da boca, segurando seu rosto, mas que ela evitou, virando a bochecha.<\/p>\n

Dias ap\u00f3s a den\u00fancia vir a p\u00fablico, Jorge Mariola negou as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es. Em nota p\u00fablica, ele disse que \u201c\u00e9 homem p\u00fablico h\u00e1 mais de 20 anos\u201d e que \u201cjamais teve qualquer m\u00e1cula\u201d. Al\u00e9m disso, ele afirmou que sua equipe est\u00e1 acompanhando o caso e \u201cavaliando medidas judiciais cab\u00edveis\u201d.<\/p>\n
