A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada em 22 de fevereiro e a penalidade foi confirmada nesta sexta-feira (25) pela Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente, Recursos H\u00eddricos e Sustentabilidade.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/chat.whatsapp.com\/ItvWOvY08sCCpPxovKnYb6\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-109746 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/WHATSAPP-FOLHA-DO-LESTE-600x200-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"952\">Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Comiss\u00e3o do Ambiente e Direitos dos Animais da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Niter\u00f3i, uma den\u00fancia formal sobre o caso foi enviada \u00e0 Prefeitura. A comiss\u00e3o visitou o local, elaborou um relat\u00f3rio t\u00e9cnico detalhado e cobrou provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1005\">Den\u00fancia formal levou \u00e0 multa contra a Enel<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1214\">A interven\u00e7\u00e3o da Enel, considerada irregular, ocorreu ap\u00f3s a den\u00fancia da Comiss\u00e3o do Ambiente. O relat\u00f3rio indicava falhas na condu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos e orientou a Prefeitura a aplicar medidas administrativas.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+ <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">MAIS NOT\u00cdCIAS DE NITER\u00d3I?<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/jornal-folha-do-leste-rj\/niteroi\/\"><strong>CLIQUE AQUI<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1423\">A Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente analisou o documento, visitou o local e constatou o descumprimento das normas ambientais vigentes. Por isso, determinou a multa \u00e0 concession\u00e1ria respons\u00e1vel pela poda.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1470\">Posi\u00e7\u00e3o oficial da Enel sobre a multa<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1698\">Em nota, a Enel informou que ainda n\u00e3o foi oficialmente notificada pela Prefeitura de Niter\u00f3i sobre a multa de R$ 225 mil. A empresa alegou que as podas foram realizadas seguindo padr\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicos e em conjunto com o munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1959\">&#8220;A Enel cumpre toda a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel \u00e0 sua atividade e mant\u00e9m acordo operacional com a Prefeitura de Niter\u00f3i e o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual para otimizar o servi\u00e7o de poda e reduzir os impactos da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o na rede el\u00e9trica&#8221;, declarou a concession\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"2014\">Empresa defende legalidade da poda de \u00e1rvores<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2241\">A Enel acrescentou que segue as normas da ABNT 16246-1 e realiza a &#8220;poda de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;.
