A\u00e7\u00e3o integrada de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e2nsito mobilizou for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a na noite de ter\u00e7a-feira (15), em Niter\u00f3i. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu na Rua Noronha Torrez\u00e3o, bairro de Santa Rosa, na Zona Sul da cidade.<\/p>\n

A iniciativa teve como foco a repress\u00e3o a motos com escapamentos irregulares, infra\u00e7\u00f5es diversas e documenta\u00e7\u00e3o vencida. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com efetivo do Seguran\u00e7a Presente Niter\u00f3i, 12\u00ba BPM, Guarda Municipal, NitTrans e PROEIS.<\/p>\n

As a\u00e7\u00f5es ocorreram de forma coordenada, com o objetivo de aumentar a seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria e garantir a ordem urbana.<\/p>\n

Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, os agentes abordaram 67 ve\u00edculos. Desses, 26 foram autuados por infra\u00e7\u00f5es e cinco foram removidos para o dep\u00f3sito p\u00fablico. Segundo o balan\u00e7o, quatro eram motocicletas e um era um carro.<\/p>\n

Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal respalda as opera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h4>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o segue as diretrizes da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 3.661\/2021. Essa legisla\u00e7\u00e3o permite a atua\u00e7\u00e3o direta contra escapamentos que causam ru\u00eddo excessivo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as autoridades, os escapamentos adulterados causam transtornos \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o e afetam diretamente a qualidade de vida em bairros residenciais.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m teve car\u00e1ter educativo. Segundo os organizadores, parte da a\u00e7\u00e3o foi voltada \u00e0 conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos condutores sobre os impactos das infra\u00e7\u00f5es e da emiss\u00e3o de ru\u00eddos acima dos limites legais.<\/p>\n

A presen\u00e7a intensificada dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos visa coibir irregularidades e reduzir os \u00edndices de perturba\u00e7\u00e3o nas vias da cidade.<\/p>\n
