A iniciativa, que vem sendo implementada desde o in\u00edcio de 2022, j\u00e1 atende a mais de 40 escolas e cerca de 1500 alunos do 3\u00ba ao 5\u00ba anos que enfrentam desafios na aprendizagem de leitura, escrita e racioc\u00ednio l\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>A formadora Fl\u00e1via Maria de Menezes marcou sua presen\u00e7a e compartilhou sua experi\u00eancia, enquanto a professora Cl\u00e1udia Garcia apresentou o trabalho desenvolvido na Escola Municipal Nossa Senhora da Boa Esperan\u00e7a, em Ipiiba. Ela ressaltou a relev\u00e2ncia do uso das habilidades dos alunos em prol da aprendizagem, e destacou a import\u00e2ncia de oferecer conte\u00fados de forma l\u00fadica e descontra\u00edda.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto L.E.R vem sendo um sucesso na rede municipal de ensino em S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo, e tem mudado a realidade de muitos estudantes que antes enfrentavam dificuldades na aprendizagem. Por meio de pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas inovadoras, h\u00e1 uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o significativa na forma como o ensino \u00e9 transmitido, possibilitando um aprendizado mais eficiente e prazeroso para os alunos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 not\u00e1vel o empenho dos profissionais envolvidos no projeto, que se esfor\u00e7am diariamente em prol do sucesso de seus alunos.
