Desde sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o, a iniciativa tem proporcionado a oportunidade para que a garotada aprenda e se desenvolva atrav\u00e9s do futebol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A parceria entre a Prefeitura de Niter\u00f3i e o Instituto Canhotinha de Ouro j\u00e1 beneficiou mais de 40 mil meninos e meninas que treinam no contraturno escolar, atendendo especialmente jovens de comunidades vulner\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>O prefeito destacou a import\u00e2ncia do projeto e a continuidade do apoio da Prefeitura de Niter\u00f3i.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Assinei a renova\u00e7\u00e3o ao lado dessa figura muito querida de Niter\u00f3i. Uma pessoa extraordin\u00e1ria que, al\u00e9m de ter dado grande alegria ao povo brasileiro como campe\u00e3o de 1970 pela sele\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira, ainda d\u00e1 a oportunidade a tantos jovens e crian\u00e7as por meio desse projeto ao longo dos anos. Essa assinatura de hoje \u00e9 de extrema import\u00e2ncia, pois, mais uma vez, estamos renovando esse apoio da Prefeitura, que continuar\u00e1 beneficiando muitos jovens e crian\u00e7as. Acreditamos muito que, atrav\u00e9s do esporte, da cultura e da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, podemos transformar vidas&#8221;, afirmou o prefeito Rodrigo Neves, que estava acompanhado da vice-prefeita Isabel Swan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Projeto Gerson oferece aulas de futebol gratuitas em diversas regi\u00f5es da cidade, com o objetivo de promover a inclus\u00e3o social e preparar os jovens para poss\u00edveis carreiras no esporte. A iniciativa n\u00e3o apenas fomenta o desenvolvimento f\u00edsico, mas tamb\u00e9m contribui para o crescimento social e psicol\u00f3gico das crian\u00e7as e adolescentes que dela participam.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+ <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">MAIS NOT\u00cdCIAS DE NITER\u00d3I?<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/jornal-folha-do-leste-rj\/niteroi\/\"><strong>CLIQUE AQUI<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alguns alunos do projeto tamb\u00e9m participam de testes para categorias de base \u2013 as chamadas peneiras \u2013 em clubes como Flamengo, Fluminense, Vasco e Botafogo, o que representa uma importante oportunidade para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do sonho de se tornar jogador profissional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atualmente, os n\u00facleos do projeto est\u00e3o presentes em diversos bairros, como Ponta D&#8217;Areia, Caramujo, Engenhoca, Barreto, Jurujuba, Largo da Batalha, Maru\u00ed Grande, Santa B\u00e1rbara e Piratininga. As aulas de futebol, realizadas no contraturno escolar, atendem meninos e meninas da rede p\u00fablica, com foco na inclus\u00e3o social e na forma\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto se adapta ao hor\u00e1rio escolar dos alunos: se eles estudam pela manh\u00e3, podem participar \u00e0 tarde, e vice-versa. Para Gerson Souza, o &#8220;Canhotinha de Ouro&#8221;, essa iniciativa representa uma oportunidade \u00fanica de transformar a vida de jovens em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Tenho muito que agradecer \u00e0 Prefeitura por estarmos juntos aqui mais uma vez. \u00c9 uma alegria geral para todos n\u00f3s. Esse projeto \u00e9 a coisa mais importante da minha vida. Continuamos nessa nossa luta pelas crian\u00e7as, principalmente. \u00c9 t\u00e3o importante que temos alunos que se formam em educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica e voltam para trabalhar com as crian\u00e7as como professores&#8221;, afirmou Gerson Souza, refor\u00e7ando o papel do futebol como uma ferramenta transformadora na vida dos jovens.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em m\u00e9dia, cerca de 1.400 meninas e meninos de Niter\u00f3i participam das aulas de futebol gratuitas, realizadas em diversas regi\u00f5es da cidade no contraturno escolar. O projeto atende jovens que vivem em locais de vulnerabilidade e s\u00e3o alunos da rede p\u00fablica de ensino. Tem sido uma ferramenta essencial para o desenvolvimento f\u00edsico, social e psicol\u00f3gico das crian\u00e7as que nele participam.<\/p>\n<p>O secret\u00e1rio de Governo, Paulo Bagueira, tamb\u00e9m destacou a import\u00e2ncia do projeto:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;N\u00f3s temos acompanhado de perto esse trabalho e sabemos como \u00e9 importante para esses meninos e meninas participarem do projeto.
