Al\u00e9m do desconforto causado aos passageiros, especialmente em dias de calor extremo, a pr\u00e1tica fere as leis de defesa do consumidor.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Contra Cobran\u00e7as Irregulares<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde dezembro de 2023, uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da Sedcon considera ilegal a cobran\u00e7a de taxas extras pelo uso do ar-condicionado.
