Parte desse valor tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 destinado \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Marqu\u00eas de Sapuca\u00ed, com melhorias em ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o e sonoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">LEIA TAMB\u00c9M: <\/span><strong>\u25ba<a href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/previsao-do-tempo-chuva-e-tempo-nublado-nos-proximos-dias-no-rio\/\">Previs\u00e3o do Tempo: Chuva e tempo nublado nos pr\u00f3ximos dias no Rio<\/a><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O objetivo \u00e9 beneficiar os trabalhadores e artistas envolvidos na cadeia produtiva da festividade, al\u00e9m de impulsionar o turismo e a economia local. Segundo o governador, a inclus\u00e3o do Carnaval no or\u00e7amento p\u00fablico garante maior seguran\u00e7a financeira para as escolas de samba, dispensando a depend\u00eancia de patroc\u00ednios e incentivos pontuais.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nova abordagem para o Carnaval<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o an\u00fancio no Pal\u00e1cio Guanabara, Cl\u00e1udio Castro destacou a profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o poder p\u00fablico e o Carnaval.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cN\u00e3o \u00e9 mais esmola ou penduricalho; agora \u00e9 pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica. Independentemente da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do governante, o Carnaval passa a ser uma prioridade institucional para o Rio de Janeiro\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O evento contou com a presen\u00e7a do presidente da Liga Independente das Escolas de Samba (Liesa), Gabriel David. Ele ressaltou o impacto positivo do investimento na produ\u00e7\u00e3o das escolas de samba e na economia criativa, al\u00e9m de estimular o turismo durante os dias de desfile.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Impactos econ\u00f4micos e sociais<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O investimento nas escolas de samba ser\u00e1 retirado de recursos destinados ao fomento do turismo no estado. Em 2025, os desfiles do Grupo Especial ser\u00e3o realizados nos dias 2, 3 e 4 de mar\u00e7o, com o Desfile das Campe\u00e3s encerrando a programa\u00e7\u00e3o no dia 8.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>+ <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>MAIS NOT\u00cdCIAS DO RIO DE JANEIRO?<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/folhadoleste.com.br\/en\/category\/rio-de-janeiro-capital\/\">CLIQUE AQUI<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de que o evento gere 16 mil empregos diretos e indiretos, com retorno financeiro de R$ 17,4 milh\u00f5es para a capital e R$ 22,4 milh\u00f5es para o estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com Danielle Barros, secret\u00e1ria de Cultura e Economia Criativa, o recurso garantir\u00e1 n\u00e3o apenas o sucesso das apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m a seguran\u00e7a de participantes e p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVamos assegurar que o samba, a bateria e a cultura estejam presentes, enquanto mantemos a estrutura necess\u00e1ria para todos que participam do evento\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e expans\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m do financiamento, as escolas de samba do Grupo Especial receber\u00e3o treinamento em gest\u00e3o e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas, promovido pela Secretaria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o. Essa iniciativa busca transpar\u00eancia e efici\u00eancia no uso dos recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outro destaque \u00e9 o programa &#8220;Folia RJ 3&#8221;, que receber\u00e1 R$ 24 milh\u00f5es para apoiar o Carnaval de Rua em 2025.
