Professores encerram greve no Rio ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do PLC 186\/2024, mas permanecem em alerta para retomar paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><\/div>\n

Os professores municipais do Rio de Janeiro decidiram, nesta sexta-feira (6), encerrar a greve iniciada em 25 de novembro. A decis\u00e3o ocorreu durante assembleia no Club Municipal, na Tijuca, Zona Norte da cidade. Apesar disso, a categoria manteve o “estado de greve” e informou que pode retomar o movimento caso n\u00e3o haja progresso nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com a prefeitura.<\/p>\n

O motivo da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o foi a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto de Lei Complementar (PLC) 186\/2024, aprovado na C\u00e2mara Municipal na \u00faltima quinta-feira (5). O texto, que altera o estatuto dos servidores municipais e o Plano de Cargos, Carreiras e Remunera\u00e7\u00e3o (PCCR) dos educadores, foi aprovado com 31 votos favor\u00e1veis e 15 contr\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n

Mudan\u00e7as no estatuto e no PCCR<\/strong><\/h4>\n

O PLC 186\/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo, recebeu 47 emendas durante o processo de vota\u00e7\u00e3o. Destas, oito foram incorporadas ao texto final. As altera\u00e7\u00f5es incluem mudan\u00e7as nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho, al\u00e9m de impactos diretos na remunera\u00e7\u00e3o e na progress\u00e3o de carreira dos educadores.<\/p>\n

Nos pr\u00f3ximos dias, o texto final ser\u00e1 apresentado para verifica\u00e7\u00e3o e, em seguida, enviado ao prefeito. O chefe do Executivo ter\u00e1 at\u00e9 15 dias \u00fateis para sancionar ou vetar o projeto, ap\u00f3s o recebimento oficial.<\/p>\n

Estado de greve permanece<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A categoria destacou que o encerramento da greve n\u00e3o significa o fim da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Os professores afirmaram que continuar\u00e3o atentos ao andamento das negocia\u00e7\u00f5es e aos desdobramentos do PLC. Caso n\u00e3o haja avan\u00e7os significativos, a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser retomada.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o de manter o estado de alerta reflete a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o da classe com as mudan\u00e7as propostas no estatuto e no PCCR, que, segundo eles, podem afetar diretamente as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e os direitos conquistados ao longo dos anos.<\/p>\n

Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do PLC na C\u00e2mara, a pr\u00f3xima etapa ser\u00e1 a an\u00e1lise detalhada do texto final pelos vereadores. Ap\u00f3s a valida\u00e7\u00e3o, o documento ser\u00e1 enviado ao prefeito para a decis\u00e3o final sobre san\u00e7\u00e3o ou veto. O prazo estipulado para este procedimento \u00e9 de 15 dias \u00fateis, contados a partir do recebimento do texto.<\/p>\n
